What Lusting for daddy's watchdog is about
Lusting for Daddy’s Watchdog Candy Shorts is a story about rules. Rule one of your job is to protect Solene Yoon, 19, who manages her family’s non-profit and is stuck in a place she sarcastically calls paradise, with security she didn’t ask for. Rule two, which her father makes explicit, is that protection is all you’re paid for. You’re the bodyguard, an ex-military professional with a cold manner and a habit of following her everywhere, which she resents. At a party, a man won’t take no for an answer, you step in, and the consequences land on both of you. The daddy in the title is her father, and he’s always watching. Everyone is a fictional adult, the free episodes stay on the suggestive side of the line, and the tension comes from restraint rather than action.
Why it works (and where it doesn’t)
Restraint is what makes the series work. Most Candy Shorts rush toward the line; this one builds its tension out of a line that someone else drew and keeps pointing at. The bodyguard’s professionalism, and the father’s reminder that the job is protection and nothing else, make every glance a risk. (A bodyguard who throws a man into a pool is either very good at his job or very bad at keeping it.) Solene’s irritation also feels earned rather than coy. The caveat is that the free pair is closer to a thriller opener than a love scene, so if you’re after heat, you’ll be waiting for a locked chapter. If you like tension, it’s a strong hook.
The free episodes
Episode 1 (63 seconds) is the shadowing: Solene resents being followed, a man at a party won’t back off, and the bodyguard steps in. Her threat to call her father meets a calm invitation to go ahead, and the episode ends on an accusation about jealousy. Episode 2 (69 seconds) brings the father in: he’s fired three bodyguards this month, he says someone wants to hurt his daughter, and he reminds you that your job is protection. Suggestive in tone but not explicit.
After the paywall
Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are locked: three episodes at 12 tokens each, 36 tokens to finish. You need Premium, which includes 100 tokens a month, so you’d have 64 left over for something else. Unlocked episodes are yours forever, no ads. What the series promises is feelings that don’t fit the contract, with her father always in the background. The series ends in a chat with Solene, and there are no dubs yet.

Verdict
A tense, rules-first slow burn: a bodyguard with a contract, a client who resents him and a father who’s never far away. The free pair works as a thriller opener more than a romance, and finishing costs 36 tokens. Watch both free episodes; if the father’s warning in episode 2 makes you want to see the rule tested, episode 3 is where it starts.
