In short
Candy AI anime is the Anime tab: adult anime-style characters you can chat with, each listed with a name, age and premise. It starts free with a Candy account, and Premium ($3.99/mo on the annual plan) adds unlimited texts and 100 tokens a month. Some anime characters carry “Series” or “New Episodes” badges because they lead Candy Shorts series. Every character is an adult.
What Candy AI anime is
A note for anyone who searched “candy ai hentai”: what we verified is a character browser with chat, not an archive of drawn episodes. I’ll keep this guide as tame as the question allows.
Candy AI anime is the Anime tab, one of three main categories on Candy, alongside Girls and Guys. Open it and you get anime-style adult characters, each shown with a name, an age and a premise. Pick one and you can chat with her, the way you would with any Candy character.
The Anime tab sits inside the same account and the same Premium plan as the rest of Candy. You aren’t signing up for a separate anime service. You’re opening a different door in the same building.
Every character here is a fictional adult. That’s a rule on this site, and the Anime tab lists an age for every character, which matters on a tab where some premises sound cheeky. If a premise mentions a roommate or a stepsister, the listed age tells you she’s an adult, and I’ll give those ages every time.
Who you’ll meet on the Anime tab
Candy’s lineup changes, so these are examples we saw, not a permanent roster.
| Character | Listed age | Premise |
|---|---|---|
| Daisy | 22 | — |
| Yama | 20 | “Your hot roommate needs to crash in your bed” |
| Mizuki | 21 | A stepsister home alone for the weekend |
| Aimi | 1969 | A “fallen magical girl” |
All of them are adults. Mizuki’s “stepsister” is a premise, not a family relationship, and she’s 21. Yama is 20. And Aimi’s listed age is 1969, which I’m choosing to read as a very old fantasy character rather than a typo I’d bet money on. She’s an adult by a margin of roughly 1,900 years.
What I like about the cards is the premise line. It tells you the situation before you’ve typed a word, which is useful when you’re browsing on a lunch break and have about forty seconds of patience.
For the profile fields behind a character, see our AI girlfriend chat guide, which covers the details Candy lists for each one.
Series and New Episodes badges: anime characters who lead Shorts
Some anime characters carry a “Series” or “New Episodes” badge. That’s Candy telling you she leads a Candy Shorts series, which means there are episodes to watch, not just a chat to start.
Yama is the example we can point to. Yama Gito, 20, leads One Bed With My Roommate, a five-episode series tagged Fantasy. Episodes 1 and 2 are free with a Candy account, and episodes 3 to 5 cost 12 tokens each, so 36 tokens to finish. Browse the Fantasy tag for more series in the same vein.
One caveat. We didn’t verify whether Shorts led by anime characters are drawn in anime style or made in the usual Candy Shorts style. The badge tells you only that she leads a series, so I won’t claim a look I haven’t checked. Watch the free episodes and you’ll see for yourself.
The workflow I’d suggest is simple: spot a badge, watch episodes 1 and 2, and if the cliffhanger works, open the chat. Most series end by handing you to a chat with the lead anyway. It’s the same loop as the rest of Candy, just with different art direction.
How to start chatting on the Candy AI anime tab
The steps match the rest of Candy:
- Make a free Candy account. Sign-up doesn’t ask for a card.
- Open the Anime tab. It’s one of three categories, next to Girls and Guys.
- Browse the cards. Each shows a name, an age and a premise, and some carry Series or New Episodes badges.
- Open a character. You land in a chat with her.
- Check the chat bar for the scene buttons and the header icons.
Candy’s extras, including Scene Videos, phone calls and images, are described for the platform as a whole. I didn’t test each one on every anime character, so check the chat bar of the one you open before you plan around a feature. On a free account, the image, video and call buttons show an “Upgrade to Unlock” prompt, so those extras start with Premium. Our guides to AI boyfriend and chat explain how the same tools work on the other tabs.
A small browsing tip: the premise line is doing most of the work on these cards. If it makes you smile, open the chat. If it doesn’t, keep scrolling. You’re not obliged to date the first anime character you meet, and honestly, the best ones are never the first.
What Candy AI anime costs
Starting is free. A Candy account lets you browse the Anime tab and begin a chat, and Premium unlocks the rest.
| Plan (US) | Per month | Billed |
|---|---|---|
| 12 months | $3.99 | $47.88 |
| 3 months | $8.99 | $26.97 |
| 1 month | $13.99 | $13.99 |
Premium includes unlimited text messages, 18+ image and video generation, Create Character and 100 tokens a month. Plans renew automatically, Candy says you can cancel any time in settings, and the charge appears as “EverAI” on your statement.
Tokens pay for the extras: 12 for a Scene Video, 3 a minute for calls, and 12 for a locked Shorts episode (30 on Candy Creators series). Images, video and calls need Premium first; a free account only sees “Upgrade to Unlock.” If an anime character leads a series, finishing a standard five-episode run costs 36 tokens, so one month’s allowance covers about two of them.
Candy runs seasonal sale banners from time to time, but the 70% off the annual plan is applied automatically, no code needed. See the Candy AI pricing page for the full breakdown.
Candy doesn’t publish the free message limit, so I won’t invent one.
Candy AI anime vs the other tabs
Which tab you pick is mostly a question of mood.
- Girls: the tab our chat guide walks through, with its search box, filters and profile fields. Start here if you want to learn the basics.
- Anime: premise-first cards for anime-style characters, with some leading Shorts series. Start here if the art style matters to you.
- Guys: male companions with a name, age and one-line bio. Our AI boyfriend guide has the details.
Prefer to design your own? Create Character has a Realistic or Anime switch, so you can build an anime-style character yourself, as a Premium perk; our create guide walks through the options.
All three tabs share one Premium plan, so exploring isn’t a commitment. I’d browse the free account first and let the premises pick for you.
My verdict: Candy AI anime is a worthwhile side door, especially for characters with Series badges, where a free episode costs nothing and tells you plenty. The downsides are the usual ones: the free message limit isn’t published, extras spend tokens on top of Premium, and we didn’t verify every tool on every anime character.
Start free; if you’re going to finish more than one series a month, the annual plan at $3.99/mo is the cheapest way in. Make the account, open the Anime tab and let a premise talk you into something.
