What Courtney's Secret is about
Courtney’s Secret Candy Shorts is a fresh-start story that doesn’t stay fresh. A young renter arrives in a new city on a new street and is caught admiring the view: Courtney Marlowe, 38, married to his landlord, Jamie, and described by Candy as secretive, seductive and conflicted. Jamie is friendly, Courtney is friendlier, and the couple’s welcome line is that they take care of their own around here, especially the new ones. Courtney narrates in hindsight, which makes every kindness sound like foreshadowing. Candy’s pitch says a secret playroom beneath her home reveals that the whole neighborhood is in on something, and that the newcomer was never a guest. The series is tagged MILF, Nympho and Taboo, Courtney is a fictional adult and a Candy original character, and the tone sits between flirty and ominous.
Why it works (and where it doesn’t)
The best idea here is the narration. The free episodes are told in hindsight, with Courtney noting how things started and how they stand now, and that framing makes every friendly gesture feel like a clue. Add a neighbor who turns up in episode 2 to say Courtney has told her all about the tenant, and you get a street-wide mystery in two minutes. (If my own homeowners’ association were this welcoming, I’d read the bylaws twice.) It’s one of the more atmospheric Candy series, and the secret-playroom hook gives you a better reason to unlock than just what happens next. The tradeoff is that the free part is mostly setup and flirtation; the payoff sits behind the paywall.
The free episodes
Episode 1 (67 seconds) is a welcome with a hint of menace: the new tenant meets Jamie and Courtney, hears that they take care of their own, and then Courtney, narrating, says he had no idea who should have been worried. It ends on a startled interruption. Episode 2 (61 seconds) brings Nicole, a neighbor who says Courtney has told her all about him. She asks for a favor, offers iced tea and brings up a tattoo from a night she can’t remember. Flirty and suggestive, nothing explicit.
After the paywall
Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are locked: three episodes at 12 tokens each, 3 × 12 = 36 tokens to finish. Premium is required and includes 100 tokens a month, so one month covers the series with 64 tokens spare. Unlocked episodes are yours forever, no ads. The series ends in a chat with Courtney Marlowe, so the story can keep going after the finale. The secret itself stays behind the token wall, which is where Candy and this guide both want it.

Verdict
A moody, flirty premise with a better hook than most: a friendly street, a narrator who knows more than she says, and a secret that’s promised rather than shown. It costs 36 tokens to finish, well inside one Premium month. Start with the two free episodes on a free Candy account and see whether Courtney’s secret is one you want to unlock.
