What Room Service is about
Room Service Candy Shorts is built around a very small window of time. A married couple is back at the same hotel for their fifth anniversary, the fifth year running, because his wife is convinced the room will do the work their marriage no longer does. She takes twenty-minute showers. He orders the same fruit plate every day, which he doesn’t even like, because what he actually wants this summer is the maid who keeps bringing it. Episode 1 sets up the room, the clock and the delivery. Episode 2 is the first test of how far twenty minutes can stretch when someone keeps knocking. Candy tags it Maid, the characters are adults, and the free episodes lean on innuendo and timing rather than anything explicit. The whole thing is played as a comedy of near misses, which suits the premise.
Why it works (and where it doesn’t)
A shower with a timer on it is a smart structural idea. It makes every scene a countdown, so even a conversation about fruit has tension. Episode 2 delivers the payoff with a conditioner errand that turns the wife into the most dangerous thing in the room, and the last line is basic arithmetic doing a great deal of work. (The pink bag deserves a supporting-actress credit.) The weak spot is how little time you get: 49 seconds for the second episode means you’re buying the premise more than the plot. If cheating storylines aren’t your thing, there’s nothing here to talk you around. If they are, this is a funny one.
The free episodes
Episode 1 (59 seconds) covers the anniversary, the fruit order, the wife heading off for her twenty-minute shower, and the maid’s knowing delivery. It ends with the wife calling out from the bathroom. Episode 2 (49 seconds) is the farce proper: a request for conditioner, a quick errand to the bathroom door, a polite exchange across the threshold and a shower clock that’s still running. It ends on a countdown. Suggestive and funny, not explicit.
After the paywall
Finishing Room Service means unlocking three episodes at 12 tokens apiece: 3 × 12 = 36 tokens, comfortably inside one Premium month. The locked chapters are flagged New by Candy. Once unlocked, they’re yours permanently and ad-free, and the series closes with a chat with its lead character rather than a hard stop. Premium’s 100 monthly tokens leave 64 over.

Verdict
Room Service has a clever structure for a one-minute short: a shower, a clock, and a delivery that keeps coming. It’s short, it’s funny, and 36 tokens finishes it. Watch the two free episodes, which take about a minute and a half total, and see whether you want to know how those twenty minutes end.
