Episode 2 recap
Episode 2 picks up inside the kitchen and keeps the heat on, literally and otherwise. Lexi announces that the pie is out of the oven and extremely hot, and the way she says it is not about dessert. A voice from the living room reminds Ryan he’s missing the game; he’s busy. Then the turkey comes back, because it’s this series’ favorite prop. A line about needing a hand with the stuffing becomes a back-and-forth about who is offering what and who is good with their hands, and the whole exchange stays on the right side of suggestive. It runs just 56 seconds, the shorter of the free pair, and it resolves nothing. The episode ends on an invitation to try a little something before dinner, which is a cliffhanger by any standard and the cue for episode 3.
The momentThe turkey-stuffing banter peaks with “I’m very good with my hands,” and the invitation that follows is the cliffhanger.
