What Forgive Me, Father is about
Forgive Me, Father Candy Shorts opens with a sermon about resisting temptation and closes its second episode on a last chance to say no. The new priest of a small-town church notices that one parishioner, Mica, listens harder than anyone else. After the service she tells him the sermon was inspiring and singles out the part about temptation. Then she steps into confession and admits to impure thoughts about her new priest. Episode 2 keeps the conversation going, with Mica asking how close temptation can get before it becomes a sin while the priest tries, with fading conviction, to steer her back toward absolution. Candy’s own setup is blunt about where this heads: an affair that could cost him his congregation. Mica is 23 on her Candy profile, and everyone in the story is a fictional adult. The free episodes are words, glances and one invitation, suggestive but never explicit.
Why it works (and where it doesn’t)
The trick here is restraint. Most Candy series lead with the wink; this one leads with a clerical collar and lets the dialogue do the damage. Two minutes of confession-style banter, with one character politely refusing and the other politely not accepting the refusal, is better written than I expected. The forbidden-priest premise is well-worn, but the sermon-as-flirtation opener gives it a fresh angle. (I’ll admit to listening to the sermon line twice. For research.) The weakness is length: the free part is brief, and at 36 tokens you’re paying for the question of what it costs him, which only the locked episodes answer.
The free episodes
Episode 1 (59 seconds) opens on a teaser, then rewinds to the Sunday service: handshakes at the door, a compliment on the sermon, and Mica’s confession of impure thoughts about her new priest. Episode 2 (53 seconds) is the confession itself, with Mica asking how close temptation can get before it’s a sin and the priest’s protests getting weaker. It ends on a last chance to say no. The free part is flirtatious and entirely non-explicit; the hook is whether he takes it.
After the paywall
Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are locked: three episodes at 12 tokens each, 36 tokens to finish. You need Premium, which includes 100 tokens a month, so the whole series fits in one month with 64 tokens left, enough to start another. Unlocked episodes are yours forever, no ads. Forgive Me, Father ends in a chat with Mica, and Candy currently carries a New badge on the series.

Verdict
A sharply written temptation story that gets more mileage from a sermon and a confession than most Candy series get from a whole season. Finishing costs 36 tokens, comfortably inside a month of Premium. The free pair takes under two minutes. Press play, and see if you answer the last question the way the priest does.
