What UNDER HER ARMOR is about
Under Her Armor Candy Shorts is a secret-identity story dressed up as an office comedy. The narrator is a timid office worker who spends too much of his workday watching softbunny_xo, a cosplay streamer whose sword-fighting roleplay and white-rabbit bracelet are the highlight of his week. Someone with authority over his desk has noticed, and warns that one more stream on his screen ends his job. Then Lily from Desk C, the quiet coworker, gets her arms full and he’s the only one who stops to help. The bracelet on her wrist matches the streamer’s. Candy’s pitch says that as the virtual flirtation turns real, he has to protect her double life and prove he wants the woman behind both identities. softbunny_xo is 21, a cosplayer, and everyone is a fictional adult. The free episodes stay suggestive rather than explicit.
Why it works (and where it doesn’t)
This one has a real hook, and it comes from structure: two worlds (the office, the convention), two faces (Lily and softbunny_xo), and a bracelet and a pendant as breadcrumbs. Episode 1 teaches you the rules of the game, episode 2 lets the narrator find out whether he’s right, and neither wastes a line. The free episodes are also longer than most, about 85 and 89 seconds, so the sample is real. (I once got a talking-to for watching a stream at work, so I sympathize, though I didn’t have the bracelet to blame.) The downside is that dialogue is sparse and the humor leans on tropes. For 36 tokens it’s one of the more inventive setups I’ve seen.
The free episodes
Episode 1 (85 seconds) opens on a roleplay stream, then the office, where a warning about the streamer lands, Lily from Desk C needs help, and the narrator notices her bracelet matches the streamer’s white rabbit. It ends with an invitation to come find her tonight. Episode 2 (89 seconds) moves to a convention red carpet, where he ends up hiding in the cosplayer’s dressing room, spots a pendant like Lily’s, and gets offered a ticket to the show or a private one. Suggestive, not explicit, and the free pair stops right as the private show begins.
After the paywall
Episodes 3, 4 and 5 are locked: three episodes at 12 tokens each, 36 tokens to finish, inside Premium’s 100 monthly tokens. Candy flags all three New. The series ends in a chat with softbunny_xo, whose profile is a cosplayer who’s playfully mysterious, lowkey flirty and a little hard to read. Unlocked episodes are yours forever, no ads.

Verdict
The most inventive setup of the five-episode originals I’ve covered: a secret identity with breadcrumbs, a convention backdrop and free episodes of nearly 90 seconds each. The 36-token finish is easy to afford, and the chat afterward is with softbunny_xo herself. If episode 2’s last line made you grin, you know what to do. Start with the free pair.
